Flight Update combines status information with an additional service that allows us to validate and pre-fill each flight, even if it is several months (even a year) away. Flight Update gathers the flight information for that flight regardless if it is 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months or a year into the future. Flight Update does this by combining the power of the best flight status service and the best flight schedule service.

Flight Update is an international product that covers airlines on every continent.
Flight Update provides for every flight:
• Ongoing Flight Status (via FlightStats)
• Flight Times
• Concise display of layover information between flights.
• Gate and Terminal information (Departure & Arrival)
• Terminal Information (Departure & Arrival)
• Baggage Claim (when available)
• Flight Cancellations and Delays
• Aircraft information
• Live flight tracking displayed on a beautiful Google map. Map will display for all flights but live flight tracking (live position, speed and altitude are only available for US based flights).
• Seating charts can be viewed for flights where aircraft information is available.
• Search for inbound aircraft scheduled to arrive at your departure gate.
Flight Update has both a manual Update button and an automatic feature. Tapping the Update button will update the status of all of the flights you are tracking.
Flight Update also has a Find feature that will also allow you to search for a flight based on the departure and arrival airport. It will show the direct flights between the two airports. So if you original flight was canceled and you need to find an alternative, it is easy with this feature. Current version allows you to search months (even a year) in advance by route.
Flight Update has an elegant and easy to use interface. For example, there is no need to scroll through long lists of airlines to select one. We allow you to build a list of your frequently used airlines.
Flight Update allows you to save your flights if you wish in a trip you create. This allows an excellent level of organization which the iPhone user expects.
Flight Update also has a Quick Email feature that will allow you to send a quick email with your flight’s status.
