ゲームモードはストーリー、フリー、サバイバルの三種類

ストーリーモード：
ゲーム中あなたは麻雀捜査課の新人刑事となり、次々と起こる事件の捜査をしていきます。 様々な捜査で得た情報を元に容疑者を絞り込み、あとは「麻雀」で”落とす”だけ。 しかしこの対局で負けてしまうと事件が迷宮入りになってしまうので気合を入れて勝負しよう。 もちろん対局に勝てば容疑者はすべてを自供し事件は解決となります。 しかし安心している間もなくまた次の怪事件が麻雀捜査課に舞い込んでくるのでした…
設定されたルールとノルマをクリアしながら容疑者を検挙して日本一の麻雀刑事を目指そう！

フリー対局モード：
ストーリーモードで登場したキャラクターたちの中から好きなメンバーを選べ、 さらにルールも自由に変更できるモードです。
ルールは赤ドラ、焼き鳥、ドボン、ウマ、ワレメなどの細かい設定が可能です。

サバイバルモード：
ランダムに決まる対局相手とルールの中、とにかく勝ち続けていくモードです。 対局ごとに相手とルールが変わるので、その相手とルールに対応した麻雀の打ちまわしを考えながら 勝負しなければなりません。シビアな対局が求められる本格派のモードです。
全１０戦で全国ハイスコアを目指そう！

人に歴史有り：
過去に和了った役や立直率、副露率などの分析データも参照できます。

オプション：
牌を選択をタップ方式とフリック方式から選択、メニュー選択をジェスチャーモーション入力での設定も可能です。
